If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept items for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days, accompanied by your order information. Music purchases are non-refundable and for all other products, after 14 days ( as per your payment date ) all sales are final. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by corporate check. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your bank account or credit card. All returns must be 1) undamaged, unaltered, unworn and in a re-salable condition for the return to be approved. Returned products must also include 2) Proof of FFT&M.Journal billing, Order receipt and information 3) Undamaged original proprietary luxury packaging, literature and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Please note that returned products and packaging missing any pieces, used and worn products will not be accepted for refund or exchanged. Products approved as defective will be replaced at no cost and with expedited replacement service. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable store credit. If your item(s) was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you as a gift by us, you can receive store credit only for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a confirmation of store credit will be sent ( mailed or emailed) to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you by us, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they are responsible for finding out about your return.
To initiate a return within the 14 day return window (as per your sales receipt), 1.contact us stating that you wish to return an item and include your order number and product information 2) Also Include the reasons for your return and whether you wish to exchange the item or receive store credit or a refund ( depending on the original form of payment ). An acknowledgement and confirmation email or mail will be sent to you with a return address specific to the product for you to return to and also a request for a traceable return number from you. We are not liable for any return shipping costs unless the item has been approved as defective or initial shipping was free. Depending on your exchanged or replacement product and location, the time it may take for the replacement to reach you, may vary. Please mail returns using a traceable shipping method ( provide return tracking number and courier information ) and according to the address provided to you in your return acknowledgement and confirmation email.
Please know that it may take some days before your refund is officially posted into your bank account or credit card. If you have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company first.
There is often inter-banking processing time before a refund is fully posted. If you’ve done all of this after we've confirmed to you that the refund has been initiated and you still have not received it yet, please contact us.
Order declined or terminated
Fulfillment of orders is subject to availability and we explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason. Some of the reasons may include: The product is not available, in stock or cannot be manufactured; credit card billing information is not correct or not verifiable; The order is flagged for risk related reasons and fraud prevention; you are under 16, or under an older age if an older age is permitted under applicable law to enter into an agreement with us; you are a reseller; there was an error in the price displayed, information provided on our website or by us, or in our processes in selling you the product; or we could not deliver to the address provided by you; due to Events beyond Our Control.
The final price specified in the final check out screen includes shipping costs and taxes where applicable.This price will be recorded in the Order Confirmation, which we recommend you print or download for future reference. If paying by credit card, the total amount for your entire order will be reflected on your statement in your local currency. If your local currency is different from the currency in which the prices are quoted, your bank will apply the exchange rate applicable per the date of purchase. Your bank may apply a different exchange rate and that is beyond our control.

We use all reasonable best efforts to ensure that your payment is secure and completely safe, but we shall not be responsible for any loss of data or any other loss in the event that such security is compromised. In particular, we will not be liable to you for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorized access by a third party to the personal or payment information you provide us. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your own credit/debit card details to avoid unauthorized use by a third party.We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer payment details with third parties. Your bank or credit card statement will be processed under our company name, The FFT&M.Journal.
